It since 2006 worked in department on struggle against drug business and should be engaged in tracing of persons which extended drugs substances in territory of railway station served by it and the airport.
At carrying out by employees DCNS of area of operation on control purchase of narcotics of S.Makeev, having met the addict with experience Í, has offered it of 0,11 grammas of heroin for 3 000 tenges. During the following meeting with the client for transfer to it of narcotics the policeman has been detained.
In court accused the fault did not recognize, having explained, the fact of transfer of heroin to the client as desire to receive from it the necessary information for operative work, having specified, that proofs on business are forged also heroin to it have thrown.
On criminal cases of regional court the sentence of court of the first instance is left by the board decision without change, and the appeal complaint condemned without satisfaction.
