We will remind that with the initiative about introduction of similar measures of improvement of quality of judicial work and clarification of the judicial case from unfair colleagues to work the Chairman of Supreme Court Musabek Alimbekov has acted in April of leaving year. Then updating in activity of organizational-analytical services Supreme have been brought and local courts, methods of work of plenary sessions of regional courts and judicial jury are reconsidered.

Responsibility for carrying out of judicial monitoring on activity of judges of regional courts is assigned to regional courts? And for judges of regional courts on Department of judicial monitoring of the Supreme Court. About features of its work has told managing Department Laura Kurmantaeva. As she said, the certain region of republic is fixed to each employee of department. It carries out monitoring of cancellations and changes of judicial certificates of judges of regional courts. All data are brought in special electronic magazine. Data on cancellations and changes are traced on general electronic database. By results of this work judges with low indicators of departure of justice for the certain period of time come to light, and specially created Commission from among judges of the Supreme Court and judges in resignation carefully study the reasons of cancellations, their character, and also quality of drawing up of remedial documents.

After an establishment of the judges having the lowest indicators of work, in their relation additional materials are studied: participation in the educational programs directed on improvement of professional skill, quantity of complaints, private decisions to the judge, presence of summary punishments, publications of the negative plan in mass-media. Also the public opinion about work of the judge by carrying out of anonymous questioning among participants of processes on affairs, by it considered is studied. Following the results of such difficult analytical work as the Chairman of the Supreme Court the decision on a direction of materials in regional court for consideration at plenary session, for which decision to direct the colleague in Judicial jury about check of their professional suitability is made or not. In total from April till December of current year, according to L.Kurmantaeva, judicial monitoring captures activity of 123 judges. Concerning 13 judges plenary sessions of regional courts the decision on a direction of materials in judicial jury is accepted.
